Trovela helps people understand their financial direction and make more informed decisions over time. At its centre is the Vela Score™, a forward-looking view of financial health designed to show where you stand and where today's choices may lead. Our focus is on clarity and context, not prescriptive advice. We support confident decisions, not urgency.
Many financial tools focus on outcomes after decisions have already been made. We’re focused on supporting understanding earlier, when choices still have leverage. We believe better decisions begin with clearer context, not pressure or one-size-fits-all advice.
Trovela provides context and perspective on financial health over time. Credit scores and personal finance tools serve important roles in measurement, management, and transactions. Our role is focused on understanding and direction, and may be delivered directly or through partners depending on market and use case.
Trovela is for people and organisations seeking a clearer understanding of financial health and direction over time. It may not be a fit for those looking for quick fixes, product recommendations, or short-term optimisation. Our work is best suited to informed decisions made with a longer-term financial horizon.
No. We are not a bank, lender, credit reference agency, or financial adviser. Trovela is designed to provide guidance and scenario-based insights to support understanding, but does not give individualised investment advice. Where appropriate, individuals may choose to work with a CFP professional or adviser who provides that advice directly.
We work with data aggregators and other data providers to support understanding and insight, including banking and other relevant financial information where permitted. These connections are permission-based, and the data always belongs to the individual. Our partnerships are designed to provide context, transparency, and informed choice, rather than to drive decisions without understanding.
No. Trovela does not check your credit, report to credit reference agencies, or directly affect your credit score. Credit scores operate independently from Trovela. Decisions made using greater understanding and context may influence financial outcomes over time, including credit, but Trovela itself does not change or control credit scoring.
The Vela Score™ is a framework we are developing to reflect financial health and direction over time. It is designed to provide context and perspective rather than a single pass/fail judgement. How the score may be used or shared is guided by individual consent and will evolve as the platform develops.
Joining the waitlist lets you stay informed as Trovela develops and moves towards launch. Depending on how you engage, you may choose to share additional context or interest. There is no obligation, and joining does not commit you to using or purchasing anything.
Trovela is being developed in phases, with early progress focused on core infrastructure and alignment with founding partners. Availability will evolve as operational and strategic milestones are reached. Waitlist members will be kept informed as the platform moves towards launch.
There is no cost to join the waitlist. Pricing and access models are still being developed and may vary by market, partnerships, or delivery channels. In some cases, access may be provided or sponsored through employers, CFP professionals, advisers, or other partners.
Trovela is a for-profit corporation that has chosen the Social Purpose Corporation (SPC) structure to align long-term impact with financial sustainability. This structure allows us to reinvest profits into the platform while balancing shareholder interests with a stated social purpose. It also supports a higher standard of transparency and accountability as Trovela evolves.
Trovela operates in both North America and the United Kingdom. The Social Purpose Corporation structure applies to our North American entity. Our UK entity, Trovela (UK) Limited, is established under UK company law and carries the same social-purpose commitments. If you are in the UK, you can switch to the UK site using the region selector.
