We collect names, contact details, and correspondence so we can respond to and manage enquiries, complaints, and requests that people choose to send us. Using this information allows us to reply accurately, resolve issues, and keep a record of the matter in case of follow-up. The benefit to the person is a timely and helpful response to a question they initiated, and the benefit to us is the effective handling of enquiries. The impact on the person is minimal, because we only use details they have voluntarily provided in order to contact us, we use them solely to deal with their enquiry, and we do not use them for any unrelated purpose.
