Using this information allows us to reply accurately, resolve issues, and keep a record of the matter in case of follow-up. The benefit to the person is a timely and helpful response to a question they initiated, and the benefit to us is the effective handling of enquiries. The impact on the person is minimal, because we only use details they have voluntarily provided in order to contact us, we use them solely to deal with their enquiry, and we do not use them for any unrelated purpose. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice.

Waitlist and marketing information such as your name, email address, marketing preferences, and records of consent: we keep this until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, or until our waitlist converts to a launched service and your information is migrated, whichever happens first. If the waitlist remains inactive, we will review and delete this information after 24 months.

Information we keep to comply with legal requirements: we keep this only for as long as necessary to meet the relevant legal obligation, and then delete it.

Information relating to queries, complaints, or enquiries such as your name, contact details, and correspondence: we keep this for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case of any follow-up, after which we delete it.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Webflow, Inc. hosts our website and provides the forms through which people join our waitlist or contact us. It stores the personal information submitted through those forms, such as name and email address, on our behalf so that our website can function.

ScaleHub (built on GoHighLevel / HighLevel, Inc.) — customer relationship management and email marketing platform (technology/software sector), United States

This data processor does the following activities for us: This platform stores our waitlist and contact records and sends our service-update and marketing emails on our behalf. It manages contact details, marketing preferences, and records of consent, and handles the sending of communications and unsubscribe requests.

Donorbox (Rebel Idealist, Inc.) — online donation and fundraising platform (technology/software sector), United States

This data processor does the following activities for us: Donorbox processes contributions and supporter information on our behalf, and may capture contact details and related information from people who choose to support the project through our website.

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
